OVERVIEW OF THE FIRM
Legal Eye Solicitors is a Ghanaian law firm duly incorporated under the laws of Ghana and licenced by the General Legal Council. The Firm was incorporated on 21st July 2023 and has experienced lawyers providing full legal services including legal advice, legal opinion, notary public, advocacy, corporate secretary, legal representation in court and before quasi-judicial bodies, transactional services to corporate entities, financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs and private individuals. The Firm is structured to deliver legally robust solutions aligned with clients’ strategic objectives. LegalEye Solicitors serves as an external solicitor and retainer for some hospitals (Private and Mission owned), Pharmaceutical companies, real estate companies, Chinese agrochemical companies and has collaboration with some international law firms abroad for the writing of legal opinions and provision of legal services to their clients in Ghana on referral basis.

EMMANUEL KWAME NKANSA-NINWIE, ESQ.

Emmanuel is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm and has over thirteen years of experience in professional law practice. He is a Notary Public and has over twenty years of teaching experience with about 12 years of teaching law at the University.
Emmanuel has two masters’ degrees and currently in his final year pursuing PhD in law. He is an International Human Rights and Humanitarian law expert with profound international network and a distinguished legal practitioner in civil, criminal, labour, commercial, corporate, immoveable property litigation. Emmanuel has legislative drafting skills and ex. He is the founder of Prestige Rights Advocate, 1st Class Real Estate and Dreamfield Park Company Ltd (now defunct).

INTERNS & PUPILS
Since the firm meets the competencies required by the General Legal Council and the Ghana School of law, law students are posted to the firm by the Ghana School of Law for internship and training and admits new lawyers to undertake a six-month pupillage.
PARALEGAL/ADMINISTRATION
The firm has two paralegals serving in their respective capacities as Legal Secretary and a Law Clerk.

- Litigation & Advocacy Experience
The Firm has extensive advocacy and litigation experience and regularly represents clients before the District Courts, Circuit Courts, High Courts of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Ghana and adjudicatory bodies including quasi-judicial bodies of institutions such as CHRAJ, Labour Commission, EOCO, Police and so on. The lawyers of the firm have rich experiences and high success rates in litigation both in civil and criminal cases.
- Corporate & Commercial Advisory
Legal Eye Solicitors advises companies on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial services, contract drafting and negotiation, procurement, policy and legislative drafting, risk management, property acquisition and documentation. The firm drafts and prepares various legal documents for clients meeting both domestic and international standards. The firm provides notary public service to authenticate clients’ documents for both local and international use.
- Human rights & Medico-legal
The firm consults for some international human rights organizations by conducting human rights research and reporting on same and conducts human rights cases. The firm provides wide range of medico-legal advice and legal representation to a number of hospitals and pharmaceutical companies on retainer basis.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
All the lawyers of the firm are good standing members of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) and are duly licensed by the General Legal Council of Ghana to practice law in Ghana as Barristers and Solicitors of the courts in Ghana.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

FEES & BILLING STRUCTURE
The Firm uses the approved Ghana Bar Association’s Scale of Fees adopted in the year 2022 in billing clients and adopts transparent and flexible fee arrangements, including retainers, fixed fees, and negotiated billing structures depending on the nature of the engagement.
